Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions Israel, finance is more than reporting numbers — it’s about partnership, collaboration, and driving impact across the organization.
We’re looking for an ambitious Finance professional to join a supportive, high-performing team. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a global technology leader that champions ownership, curiosity, and teamwork.
This role sits at the heart of the business — working closely with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure strong financial performance and continuous process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing processes with precision and accountability

• Support post-sales finance activities including revenue recognition & profitability analysis.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and decision support.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes

• Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach

Basic Requirements

Your profile

• CPA with Big 4 experience (mandatory)
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
• Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented problem solver
• Comfortable taking ownership while being a team player
• Motivated to grow professionally in an international environment
