Activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing standard reports, transactional billing templates and in-depth analysis of data to help identify trends, opportunities and solutions based on the analysis;
  • Develop and implement business standard reports using methods in data mining, trend analysis and modeling; in-depth analysis of data using data analytics methods;
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;
  • Development and enhancement of standard reporting models to translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements, and act as an interface with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of end-user reporting solutions;
  • Develop relevant KPIs to measure performance and address business requirements;
  • Understands and extracts relevant information from complex data relationships and develops reports to enable the effective use of the resulting analysis;
  • Provides training support for the use of new reports and tools;
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify reporting needs;
  • Fulfill functional expert role and provide technical support on all assigned projects;
  • Key User role for SAP/MBC/SNOW/ Winshuttle/VBA/RPA/PowerQuery/Power BI and any other additional tools
  • Supports the implementation and use of standard reports across TGSB
  • Ensures that standard reports address the business requirements of the affiliates
  • Ensures that accurate of information provided and consistently communicated to the stakeholders

Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Experience required

  1. 3 years’ experience in SSC environment in relevant job
  2. Relevant Finance and Accounting studies
  3. Technically proficient – Finance & Accounting, reporting
  4. Great PowerPoint/Excel/Visio/SAP knowledge
  5. Good knowledge of VBA/RPA, Power Query, PowerBI, SAP, MBC
  6. Service Now, Celonis, Power Apps and any other tool from Microsoft suite is a plus
  7. Good data analysis, data verification; good knowledge of databases and data warehouse structures; knowledge in data mining and reporting tools;
  8. English B2
