At Embla Medical, the Finance Business Partner (FP&A) team plays a critical role in driving strategic and operational excellence through insightful financial analysis and planning. As a FinancialBusinessAnalyst supporting the Chronic Solutionsand B&Sbusiness within theEuroperegion, you willbe responsible fordelivering high-impact reporting and analytics in support of commercial and strategic decision-making.
Your primary focus will be on the Sales and Marketing functions across key segments including Lower Limb Prosthetics, Upper Limb Prosthetics,Neuro Orthoticsand B&S In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support full P&L forecasting and performance analysis, scenario modeling, business casedevelopmentand the execution of strategic initiatives.
KeyResponsibilities
Developdata driven analyses that help seniorFinancial Business partnersevaluate business strategies and scenarios.
Develop and design models to evaluate strategic initiatives.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
Support monthly closing with deep-dive variance analysis
Assistwithplanning andforecasting cycles
Identifiesrelevant information sources, gathering and interpreting data andreportsthis to management.
Conductvariances and trend analysis andprovideactionable insights to theFinancialBusinesspartnersand seniorleadership.
Preparead hocreports, tools and dashboards in Power BI and Excel tomonitorand analyze detailed P&L Performance
Evaluates past business performance andidentifiesopportunities for cost saving and revenue growth.
Interviews withstakeholders and external parties to develop fact-based analyses.
Developappropriate communicationdocuments and presentsanalysesfindings to stakeholders.
Generate data supported solutions, resolve report data errors, and ensure the highest quality of data integrity for all analyses and reporting.
