Financial Assistant

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the Finance & Administration team in daily operational activities
• Ensure accurate uploading and maintenance of invoices, correspondence, and documentation in relevant systems
• Provide financial support including reporting, analytics, invoice coordination, and payment verification
• Assist in administrative activities such as meeting coordination, catering, and preparation of meeting materials
• Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and assist in preparing presentations
• Perform independent, project-related tasks under supervision
• Organize trainings, workshops, and internal initiatives (e.g. onboarding, safety trainings, assessments)
• Support compliance-related processes and documentation
  
  

Who You Are:

• University degree (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance and/or administration
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English and local language
• Experience in project or change management is an advantage
  
  

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 660,000 HUF. The final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.’’
