【主な業務内容】勤務地：東京都千代田区内神田

＜レポート関連業務＞

• 月次、四半期、年次決算クローズ
• 会計システム（Gloviaを使用)によるBS/PL作成
• VPG連結データベース（IBM Cognosを使用) による実績・予算等に関するレポート作成及び変動分析レポート作成
• 税金関連レポートの作成

＜日次業務＞

• 仕訳入力のレビュー・承認
• 売上・在庫・コスト処理（請求書発行業務を含む）
• 入金・支払処理
• カスタマー（主に国内）への支払いに関する対応

＜コントロール業務＞

• 売掛金・買掛金・キャッシュフロー管理、その他勘定科目残高管理
• 関係会社への貸付及び利息管理のレビュー
• 関係会社の売上及び売掛金管理のレビュー

＜その他＞

• 内部監査及びVPG外部監査（海外）の対応
• 税金関連業務、税理士事務所への対応
• 関連会社間取引（海外）における担当者への対応
• 秋田工場担当者への対応（出張あり）

"Precision and Reliability" is the policy of Alpha Electronics Corp. We have continued to pursue the precision and reliability of metal foil resistors as well as their roles and possibilities in order to meet the demands of engineers around the world for higher precision. In addition, we are conducting joint research with the Akita Prefectural Institute of Advanced Technology and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology to explore the form of next-generation ultra-precision resistors through the development of new materials. We continue to think about "what can be done now and what will be needed in the future" and try to make it a reality. We aim to be a company with technologies and roles that will resonate with the next generation by linking technology, reliability, and development capabilities to the future, and continuing to take on challenges.

【Job Description】The position is located in Tokyo

Reporting related:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Preparation of Balance Sheets (BS) and Profit and Loss statements (PL) using the accounting system (Glovia)
• Preparation of reports and variance analysis reports regarding actual results, budgets, etc., using the VPG consolidated database (IBM Cognos)
• Preparation of tax-related reports

Journal Processing:

• Review and approval of journal entries
• Sales, inventory, and cost processing (including invoice issuance duties)
• Payment collection and payment processing
• Handling matters related to payments to customers (primarily domestic)

Controlling / Compliance Duties:

• Accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), cash flow management, and management of other account balances
• Review of affiliate company sales and accounts receivable management
• Review of loans and interest management for affiliate companies

Other Processing:

• Handling quarterly and the year end audit process and providing the required documents to the internal and external auditors
• Tax-related operations and dealing with tax accountant offices
• Liaising with persons in charge of intercompany transactions (overseas)
• Liaising with the person in charge at the Akita Plant (business trips required)

Requirements

1. 経理経験５年以上（応相談） More than 5 years of accounting experience
2. 決算業務の経験あり（米系企業での決算業務の経験尚可） Experience of account settlement
3. SAP、Oracle等のERPシステムの経験あり（MFG/PROの経験尚可）Experience of ERP system such as SAP, Oracle（MFG/PRO preferred)
4. 英語（読み書きが出来るレベル以上）Business level English
