
Mortenson is currently seeking a Financial Analyst that will provide financial and analytical support to the BLUvera manufacturing business and I4 research and development team. They will focus on providing consistent, high-level support to Corporate Leaders for the company’s growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze results and prepare monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements.
Review and update monthly and ad hoc reporting to support business needs.
Assist in the preparation of annual labor and overhead rates for budgeting and cost analysis.
Manage and audit the monthly billing process to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate physical inventory counts and assist in reconciliation efforts.
Analyze production variances and provide recommendations to influence management decisions.
Partner with management to develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes to drive strategic planning.
Assist in building ad hoc financial reports and models for decision-making.
Lead return on investment (ROI) calculations for research & development and innovation projects.

The base pay range for this role is $72,900 - $109,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). If applicable: This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
