SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Financial Analyst I
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst role will support the USW Combat Systems
Department (Code 25) at NUWC working with multiple programs and sponsors. The
need for efficiency, organization, good communication skills and the ability to
work independently is necessary to ensure all financial milestones are met.
Individual will assist government personnel with task execution consisting of
Sponsor and NUWC data calls, task book development as well as develop,
maintain, and analyze financial reports. The need to ensure spend plans are
detailed and executed accordingly utilizing both actual & projected data,
metrics and graphical analysis is required in order to properly assist
government personnel.
Significant relevant accounting or finance experience in a U.S.
Navy/DoD setting, including strong experience with financial transactions in
the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system is required in order to
assist with (at a minimum):
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Experience 1 year of relevant experience working as a Financial Analyst within the DoD sector.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
