We are seeking candidates to join our Finance Development Program (FDP). This position is designed to give potential candidates exposure to a broad range of experiences within the accounting and finance function at Dana. This role is the building block for aggressive career growth within Dana’s Finance and Accounting organization. We are looking to hire in early to mid 2026.
The FDP is a 3–4-year development rotational program where candidates join the Finance and Accounting organization as full-time hires. The program is designed for graduates with or without work experience who will rotate through three assignments, located throughout the US, before graduating into leadership positions.
Rotations may include experience in:
General Ledger Accounting
Internal Audit or FP&A
Plant Accounting and Finance
FDPs learn general and specific finance capabilities under the supervision of their manager and mentor.
Bachelor’s degree required, major in accounting preferred (at least a 3.0 GPA)
Leadership experience in an academic or extra-curricular organization
Previous intern experience desirable
Strong ability to partner with others across the organization
Strong initiative and influencing skills
Strong business acumen
Willingness to relocate during the program for plant finance and accounting rotation
Ability to travel as necessary
