You will join the Finance Operations team to manage cash application activities across assigned markets. You will post and reconcile incoming payments, investigate discrepancies, and work with internal partners to resolve issues. The team values accuracy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to making processes better.
Key Responsibilities
Performing cash application activities and knocking customers invoices with cash remittance.
Investigate and manage unallocated and arranging evidence of payment to allocate in correct accounts.
Follow-up for missing remittances and resolve customers queries.
Resolution of disputes with LOC/CS&L/CTC teams.
Executing Feban/Purge for advance customer.
Calculating monthly unallocated/unapplied KPIs.
This role is also backup for other MEA hub markets.
Performing the controls for the relevant market and get them reviewed from LM.
Assisting G8 team members in closing activities
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or similar finance systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial records.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
