Job Description

• Execute smart investment data collection and data intergrity checks, drive platform release data on time regularly, work with cross functions team to ensure timing delivery.

• Understand multi-data resource and systems for both sales and finance system, understand master -data logic including SAP and ATOM etc., leverage data to improve efficiency and insightful analysis;

• Support Manager to implement the new requirements/business case from end-users and managements to continues improve Smart investment adoption and training

• Improve data analysis / dashboard to fulfill faster growth business and timing decision-making needs, standard business analysis can be improved by leveraging digital solution, such as power BI, etc.,

• Goverance role to ensure GTN data visisbility and as expertise to guide sales and finance peers when new business channels development and needs. as rotine, need to manage assess control and data-controls

• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by management team

• Further join global digital activites - as China's pioneer when requested

• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

• Prepare sales digital project AR and CAPEX investment, and leverage business data to improve business analysis quality and efficiency

• Provide support O9/S4 HANA implementation and business requirement according to China practice

• TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in digital tools, data collection/structuring and workflow system

• BUSINESS ACUMEN and a deep understanding of our business business

• LEADERSHIP SKILLS including collaboration and communication skills across country BU. Team player with can-do mentality to deliver results

• GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve business operational efficiency and effectiveness

• INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations
