Role: Finance Analyst, FP&A
Location: Kings Cross, London

We are seeking a Finance Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance Department during an exciting period of transformation and growth. This role will report directly into the Assistant FP&A Manager. This will be a hybrid role, where you will play a key part in both commercial decisions support and reporting & analytics, providing a holistic view of the central FP&A profession.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Support the consolidation of quarterly forecast and budget submissions from regional markets, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of outputs.
- Assisting in the preparation of forecast and budget board pack reporting, ensuring reporting is in accordance with senior stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, assist in providing financial insights to stakeholders.
Reporting and Analytics
- Monitor and analyse monthly and year-to-date financial performance against budget, forecast and prior year. Assist in preparation of the monthly board pack, including roll-forward of key files and contribution of high level commentary.
- Deliver weekly revenue pipeline reports to senior stakeholders to monitor week-on-week trading, identifying data discrepancies, and noting key trends across geographies and channels.
- Production of revenue and gross margin reports, monitoring the revenue & GP mix across tiered global advertising agencies.
Business Partnering & Performance Insight
- Engage with local FP&A and commercial teams to consolidate and analyse group performance, providing insights & recommendations on trends, risks and opportunities. Prepare financial analysis, including Revenue, GP, OPEX and EBITDA, with variance and trend analysis vs budget, forecast and prior year.
- Preparing and consolidating data to develop financial analysis for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
Process Improvement, Ways of Working & Automation
- Support financial transformation projects & systems rebuilds to better support our ways of working, including enhancing automation of financial and commercial processes.
- Improve forecasting accuracy through enhanced data modelling and automation.
- Drive process standardisation and reporting efficiencies.
- Champion continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and financial processes by proactively identifying changes that improve accuracy, efficiency and the experience of our processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in FP&A / finance.
- Started undertaking CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualifications.
- Strong Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
- Hands-on experience using financial planning tools (preferably Workday Adaptive) for budgeting and forecasting is an advantage.
