Financial AnalystResponsibilities include financial reporting, profitability and cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting, standard cost calculations, cost variance monitoring, support for audits, month-end closing activities, and providing financial insights to support operational decision-making and cost optimization.
Twój zakres obowiązków:
przygotowywanie, analiza i interpretacja wyników operacyjnych na potrzeby raportowania do Zarządu, Regionalnego Zespołu Finansowego oraz innych działów firmy;
kalkulacja rentowności produktów i cen transferowych;
weryfikacja projektów oszczędnościowych i aktywne wsparcie organizacji w podejmowaniu decyzji;
kalkulacja kosztu standardowego wytwarzanych produktów;
raportowanie oraz analiza odchyleń kosztów od budżetu i poprzednich okresów, regularny przegląd wyników z menadżerami działów pionu operacyjnego;
przygotowywanie budżetów, weryfikacja prognoz finansowych oraz analiza trendów;
monitorowanie i zrozumienie zmienności kosztów w dynamicznie rozwijającym się środowisku;
uczestnictwo w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca oraz sporządzanie miesięcznych sprawozdań finansowych i innych raportów dla Spółki;
przygotowywanie dokumentów na potrzeby audytu finansowego oraz audytu wewnętrznego;
przygotowanie zestawień ad-hoc na potrzeby wewnętrzne oraz regionu.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational results for reporting to Management, the Regional Finance Team, and other business functions.
Calculate product profitability and transfer prices.
Review cost-saving initiatives and actively support the organization in business decision-making.
Calculate standard costs for manufactured products.
Report on and analyze cost variances against budget and prior periods; regularly review performance with operational department managers.
Prepare budgets, validate financial forecasts, and analyze business trends.
Monitor and understand cost fluctuations in a dynamic business environment.
Participate in the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Prepare documentation for external and internal audits.
Produce ad hoc analyses and reports for local and regional stakeholders.
Compensation and Bonuses:
Annual holiday bonus equal to 80% of the base gross monthly salary.
Monthly attendance bonus (PLN 250 gross), dependent on individual attendance.

Required Skills and Education
Nasze wymagania
min. 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy w dziale controlingu w firmie produkcyjnej lub w audycie;
wykształcenie wyższe - preferowane kierunki ekonomiczne;
wiedza w zakresie rachunkowości;
zaawansowana znajomość MS Excel;
znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na uczestnictwo w spotkaniach oraz prezentację danych;
zdolność analitycznego myślenia oraz wyciągania wniosków na podstawie dużej ilości danych liczbowych;
umiejętność zrozumienia procesów produkcyjnych i przełożenia ich na dane finansowe;
komunikatywność

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a controlling department within a manufacturing company or in audit.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English, enabling active participation in meetings and presentation of financial data.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of numerical data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate operational activities into financial insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
