GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, compiles and analyzes financial information from various systems includingEMR systems, Hyperion, andKaufman Hall Cultivates areas of expertise within finance and serves as finance representative on organizational initiatives. Position involves creating, managing,and reporting on financials, operations and/or business development opportunities. Responsible for maintenance and support of numerous systems; generates a variety of complex reports and deliverables. Performs integral functions in formation ofquarterly forecastsParticipates in and fosters an approach to continuously improve business performance within the physician network. Key contributor to existing program analysis and reviewing and/or creating business plans for new acquisitions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Master’s Degree in related field such as Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
Two (2)years’experiencein data analysisor finance preferred,preferably in a health care setting,withadvancedMS Excelskillshighly desirable

Analyzesdata and provide insights and recommendations for organizational planning, finance and/or operations.
Actsin a consulting function for research design, data collection, interpretation,and presentation.
Createsbusiness analytics by synthesizing information from multiple sources of data. Manage consolidation of complex data into meaningful information for business decisions and strategic planning.
Functionsas a "Finance Representative" to clinic managers during theforecastingprocess. Providestraining to new managers as needed. These activities require expert knowledge of theKaufman Hallprogram.
Measuresand evaluatesthe effectiveness of programs, processes,and deliverables; compare measurement results to standards and make recommendations for increased efficiencies.
Provides leadership in the development of business plans, financial reports,dashboards,program design, and/or operational excellence.
In addition toEMR, Hyperion, andKaufman Hall, the ability to access data from PeopleSoft,and/orBusiness Objects may be required.Ability to create, manage, organize, interpret, and present data.
Strong applied research, statistical and financial analysis backgroundgained either through work or school experience necessary
Experience with budgeting, analyzing trends and making recommendations.
Strong written and oral communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with all levels of management and staff.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to create and foster a cooperative team-work environment.
