We're looking for a Financial Analyst to support our Capital Markets activities by delivering high-quality financial analysis, market research, and investment insights across CFD-related asset classes. This role combines analytical expertise with market knowledge to provide valuable recommendations that support business decisions, client engagement, and promotional initiatives.

What does the job look like?

The Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct financial and market analysis across CFD-related financial instruments.
• Identify investment opportunities and assess their commercial feasibility.
• Monitor financial markets, economic developments, and industry trends.
• Analyze financial product performance, returns, risk metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare research reports, market commentary, and analytical publications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Produce presentations and communicate findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and other internal teams on client-facing initiatives.
• Support webinars, campaigns, educational content, and promotional activities by providing accurate market analysis and financial data.
• Ensure all analytical outputs comply with applicable regulatory standards and CMA requirements.
  

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, capital markets, investment research, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and CFD products.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience preparing research reports and presenting complex financial information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
