Remote Recruitment is hiring a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making at a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll analyse financial data, build models, and deliver insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports with commentary for senior leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Identify trends and variances and present findings clearly

What You'll Need

• 3+ years in a financial analysis or FP&A role
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

• Salary: R28,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
