Junior Finance Analyst (Automotive Industry)

Location: Ermua area (Bizkaia)

Commute: Private vehicle required

Position Purpose

We are looking for a junior finance professional (high potential) to support the finance team in operational and analytical activities, mainly within Accounts Payable and Controlling, with exposure to industrial finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable (Primary scope – approx. 50-60%)

• Support daily AP operations
• Invoice processing and validation
• Support in expense note process
• Supplier reconciliation and issue resolution
• Support in month-end closing

2. Controlling (Secondary scope – approx. 40-50%)

• Inventory tracking and support in stock control
• Support in continuous closing process
• Assistance in variance analysis

Candidate Profile

Education : Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar

Experience : 1–2 years of experience in finance (AP, accounting, controlling or audit), Internships are acceptable if relevant

Technical Skills:

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially: Excel (pivot tables, data management)
• English: minimum B2 (mandatory) – used in daily work
• Nice to have :

• SAP (user level or exposure)
• Power BI (report building, data modeling basics)
• Power Query
• Strong interest in data analytics
