Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience
• Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• ERP and reporting system experienceStrong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operational teams

 Day to Day Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Analyze operational, manufacturing, and financial performance metrics
• Develop financial models and KPI reporting tools
• Support monthly reporting and management reviews
• Conduct labor, inventory, overhead, and margin analyses
• Partner with operations leaders to improve financial performance
• Monitor production trends and operational efficiencies
• Assist with strategic planning and forecasting initiatives
• Support reporting automation and ERP enhancements
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
