034213 Financial Analyst (Open)

Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights? Join our dynamic finance team as a Financial Analyst, where your analytical mindset and adaptability will play a key role in driving financial accuracy and supporting strategic decisions.

In this role, you will take ownership of critical accounting processes, including P&L analysis, cost and asset accounting, and intercompany compliance—ensuring the integrity and reliability of financial reporting in a fast-evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and review the monthly P&L, ensuringaccurateaccounting of revenue, costs, and expenses

• Performfinancial postings, review Month-End Closepackages, and ensuretimelycompletion of close activities

• Partner with Financial BPs to investigate,analyse, and explain financial variances

• Prepare and post reclassifications, and other journal entries

• Review Purchase Price Variancesand collaborate with procurement to resolve discrepancies

• Manage VAT processes, including preparation, submission, payment initiation, and documentation inBlackLine

• Conductmonthly Balance Sheet reviews (accruals, prepayments)in collaboration with the GL Specialist

• Approve balance sheet reconciliationsfor accruals and prepayments

• Support SOX compliance activities, including fixed asset counts and overhead/labourrate updates

• Prepare statistical and regulatory reports asrequired

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Working knowledge of accounting and Finance processes and an aptitude to create financial analysis (proventrack recordof conducting reporting and analysis is considered anadvantage)

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience working with ERPsystems

• An analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial data and adapt to changing business needs

• The ability to transform numerical data into business insight, enabling informed decision-making

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approachto challenges

• High levelof attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communicationskills—both written and verbalin English

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
