$78,555.51 - $95,000.00

This position is bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role

The CCC FP&A team is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high impact organization. This role supports business leaders across the commercial organization and will sit in the corporate FP&A team. The Financial Analyst will partner closely with RevOps, Accounting, Product Management, and other business leaders to drive strong revenue visibility, disciplined forecasting, and data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership tovalidatetrends and incorporate updated assumptions into the detailed monthly forecast.

• Provide information and journal entries to support the monthly close cycle.

• Perform variance analysis of monthly results versus prior year, budget, and forecast, including month-over-month trend analysis.

• Develop efficient and effective operating reports focused on key business and performance drivers.

• Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to inform decisions and actions.

• Build financial models and enhance existing models, incorporatingnew technologywhere applicable.

• Prepare Board materials as needed, in collaboration with leadership.

• Assistinidentifyingand implementing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• B.S. in Business (Finance, Accounting)

• 2 + yearsof relevantFP&Aexperience

• Understanding of accounting and financial theory

• Experience with ad hoc analysis, journal entries, monthly,quarterlyand annual close processes

• General Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel skills

• Workday, Adaptiveand/or Hyperion experience highly desired

• Experience with financial modelling

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• CPA or MBA a plus, but notrequired

• Experience working with full P&L a plus
