The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, reporting, analysis, and operational finance activities for assigned business areas. This role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing trends, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, assisting with forecasts and budgets, and providing meaningful insights to help business leaders understand financial performance and make informed decisions.

Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, revenue analysis, sales finance, FP&A, or related finance function.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis tools.
Ability to analyze large data sets and translate information into actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly to business partners.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working with limited direction.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or a regulated industry.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, BI tools, or large-scale data systems.
Exposure to revenue accounting, distributor reporting, rebates, pricing, contracts, inventory, or gross-to-net analysis.
Experience supporting budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, or business performance reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70K - $80K plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
