Job Description

Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join us and act as trusted advisor on financial performance and planning. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of financial processes, contributing to accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and year-end IFRS financial reporting
  • Contribute to SAP Controlling (CO) month-end closing
  • Support planning process including budget revisions
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports comparing actuals vs budget
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows
  • Identify financial trends and recommend actions to the Financial Controller based on robust analysis
  • Work closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Assist with annual audit preparations

Requirements

    • 3+ years of work experience in audit, reporting under IFRS, financial analysis or related roles
    • BSc in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
    • Professional Qualification (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) is highly preferred
    • Experience with SAP (FICO) is an advantage
    • Advanced MS Excel user
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Full ownership and accountability for deliverables
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
