Job Description

Role Scope and Responsibilities

Customer, Contract & Deal Financial Analysis

  • Perform and document customer‑ and contract‑level financial analyses, including margin analysis, deal profitability, price/mix impact, and variance analysis.
  • Support deal reviews, pricing decisions, and contract evaluations, ensuring financial soundness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to support commercial decision‑making and negotiations.

Business Partnering

  • Act as a finance partner to MEA commercial, sales, and marketing teams, supporting customer strategies and commercial initiatives.
  • Provide financial support for new business, renewals, and pricing actions, including scenario analysis and risk assessment.
  • Influence outcomes through strong financial acumen and data‑driven storytelling, without formal authority.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Support monitoring of customer profitability, pricing realization, and commercial KPIs.
  • Prepare and review performance dashboards, reports, and analyses for CAF leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities, recommending corrective actions and improvement initiatives.

Governance & Control

  • Ensure financial governance and compliance in deal and customer financial processes, in line with internal policies and control frameworks.
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to customer finance and commercial activities, as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assumptions, analyses, and decision rationales.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation for financial processes, analyses, and methodologies.

Process Optimization & Capability Building

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation within CAF activities.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting, and P&A teams to ensure data consistency and end‑to‑end financial visibility.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MEA Finance Transformation objectives.

Independence & Decision‑Making

  • Operates with moderate autonomy and clear guidance from senior CAF leadership.
  • Manages assigned analyses and workstreams independently while escalating issues appropriately.
  • Proactively suggests improvements and solutions to enhance commercial decision‑making.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or controlling.
  • Experience working in a matrix, multinational environment; MEA exposure is preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of profitability analysis, pricing, and financial fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs under tight timelines.
