- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with majors in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relative fields.
- Around 2~3 years of relevant working experience, ideally experience with public accounting (Big 4/CPA firms)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP/in-house financial reporting systems.
- Strong capability in period expense budgeting, forecasting, and complex variance analysis. Experience in sales rebate administration is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, regional controlling, and various market functions.
- Mature personality with an international mindset; must be highly committed, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
- Open-minded, ability to learn new skills quickly, and possess high levels of self-motivation and resilience.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is required for regional reporting and cross-border coordination.
