ERT is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst / Funds Management Specialist to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), by providing financial management, budget tracking, and financial reporting support. The position supports divisional financial operations by assisting with planning, monitoring, and reporting on program budgets, expenditures, and financial documentation in accordance with federal financial management policies and procedures. Will assist with maintaining financial accountability and transparency across multiple programs and funding sources by supporting the collection, organization, analysis, and verification of financial information. Responsibilities include assisting with divisional budget tracking, monitoring execution of funds, maintaining financial documentation, and supporting reconciliation and reporting activities to ensure alignment with approved spending plans and government regulations.

Work may be performed remotely with travel as needed to NOAA's Silver Spring, MD for periodic meetings.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $51,000 - $269,000/year. This range is a good faith estimate based on similar roles across the organization. ERT uses several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the position's scope and expected duties, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
