WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Role:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. This role will report to the CFO and will be integral to driving strategic financial initiatives that support our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop financial models and perform forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
  • Communicate financial results to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
