Dream Opportunity is a global nonprofit that partners with Fortune 500 companies and leading brands to connect under-resourced students with professional pathways and to provide employees with meaningful, skills-based volunteering opportunities.

For Students

We expose students to diverse careers and industries, equip them with professional skills and mentorship, and connect them to apprenticeships, internships, and entry-level jobs. Our programs prepare students to thrive in a future shaped by innovation and technology, including AI literacy that helps them make informed career choices.

For Companies

We deliver plug-and-play employee engagement experiences that align with CSR, social impact, and talent pipeline goals. Through our structured model, employees engage as panelists, mentors, and coaches in panels, workshops, and feedback sessions hosted by Dream Opportunity. These experiences strengthen morale, connection, and retention while creating measurable community impact.
