Financial Analyst

What You'll Do:

  Manage bookkeeping processes, including transaction categorization, QuickBooks maintenance, and account reconciliations for banks, credit cards, and other accounts.
• 
  Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit-and-loss reports, and cash flow statements.
• 
  Develop and oversee budgets, financial projections, and expense reports, conducting financial analyses to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, growth potential, and areas for improvement.
• 
  Implement and enhance financial systems, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and align with company objectives.
• 
  Handle additional finance-related responsibilities to support company goals.

Who We're Looking For:

  Experienced Professional:
  Extensive expertise in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and financial reporting. Experience in U.S. financial standards is a plus but not required.
