Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and model data (financials, operational), key performance indicators, and/or market data (vendors, industry, competitors), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, and metrics based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders
  • Support management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, job aids, materials and other reports/analysis as required.
  • Provide requested regular reports and/or assigned analysis to Country Controller and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, must be a CPA
  • Must have at least 6 years’ experience in Financial Reporting
  • Background in wholistic view of the finance of a company
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skill
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written form
  • People management and project management experience is a plus
  • Background in US GAAP is an advantage
  • Familiarity in SAP and Power BI is a plus
