We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the Financial Aid teamThis is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Director of Financial AidThis position requires some evening and Saturday hours.
The Financial Aid Advisoralways provides high-level customer service to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process. Assists with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system; presents initial financial aid package, and performs routine clerical, office and data entry tasks. Adheres to establishedcompany and department policies and procedures andmaintainsexcellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.
