We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the Financial Aid teamThis is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Director of Financial AidThis position requires some evening and Saturday hours.
The Financial Aid Advisor provides high-level customer service at all times to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process. Assists with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system; presents initial financial aid package, and performs routine clerical, office, and data entry tasks. Adheres to established company and department policies and procedures, andmaintains excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.
