
The Financial Aid Administrator, as part of the OFA Operations and Scholarship team, is responsible for reviewing and processing award program reports, student applicant eligibility and verification, scholarship and partnership discounts, and award revisions for institutional, federal, and state programs. This positions will also assist in reconciliation of institutional, state, federal and/or external loan and grant programs totaling more than $500M for up to 18,000 students per year. The administrator reports to the Associate Director of Operations and works independently to execute support processing for student applications, student follow-ups, award claims, payment processing, and maintaining efficient procedures for processing and reconciling aid. This position will also be responsible for incorporating new regulations into the application, award, and reconciliation process as needed and for collaborating with the OFA Student Services team to ensure efficient delivery of FA funds to students.
Participation in the administration of federal, state, institutional and private aid with aggregate dollars of programs involved exceed $500 million annually.
The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $42,679 to $50,000.
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
