This role is part of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) business, which is expected to become an independent company under new ownership by mid-2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Luna – which became a part of Landis+Gyr effective by 2022 - is the leading provider of smart metering devices for electricity, water and heat and associated software solutions for Turkey with headquarter located in Cigli - Izmir. As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 650 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.

We are looking for a Financial Affairs Manager to join our manufacturing organization in Cigli/Izmir. This role plays a key part to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and production cost planning
  • Monitor manufacturing costs, COGS, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial standards
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures
  • Support procurement and supply chain with financial analysis
  • Implement financial controls and advise management on performance and risks
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISMS, and ISO management system requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Finance leadership experience within manufacturing
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
