Job Description


Red Ember Recruitment is seeking motivated and results-driven Financial Advisors to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance, insurance solutions, retirement planning, and investment advice to clients. This role includes personal sales and product training throughout the year to ensure ongoing development and success.
The position offers flexibility, with options to work from home or in the office, and provides opportunities for continuous professional growth in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional financial and investment advice to clients.

  • Offer insurance and retirement planning solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

  • Attend ongoing training sessions for personal and product development.


Requirements


  • Matric qualification.

  • Fit and Proper compliant (NQF5, RE5, relevant COB’s).

  • Previous experience in insurance sales.

  • Strong financial planning and investment knowledge.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to attend training in Johannesburg.
