Job Description
The Market President is responsible for leading and managing all business operations within a designated geographic region, ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and strategic goals. This executive role provides leadership to regional teams, drives business development, fosters client relationships, and ensures compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all business operations within the assigned region; develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets; oversee sales, service, and operational teams across multiple locations; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and stakeholders; monitor and report on regional performance metrics; resolve complex business and operational issues; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction; provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for regional staff; support marketing and business development initiatives; stay current with industry trends and best practices; prepare and present reports to senior management and the Board.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; M; Strong knowledge of business operations, sales strategies, and regulatory requirements; excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with business management software and systems; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership, business management, or related roles; proven leadership and team management skills;S
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Stand or Walk Regularly
- Talk and Hear Regularly
- Ability to see objects up close or at a distance, use peripheral vision, identify basic colors
- Use of Hands/ability to reach
- Normal office environment
- Travel required less than 10%
- Valid Driver's License required.
