Our client, a national RIA firm, is looking to add an Advisor to the team. In this seat, the Advisor will own the day to day execution, priorities, and overall coordination of their client service team. This role blends planning, portfolio oversight, and team leadership, with responsibility for supporting the onboarding, implementation, and long term retention of client relationships.
Your Role
- Serves as a primary point of contact for client communication; partners closely with the Lead Advisor to ensure responses are timely, thoughtful, and complete
- Evaluates client portfolios and delivers recommendations in coordination with the broader team; proactively identifies both strategic and tactical planning opportunities
- Prepares and delivers core client materials including Cash Needs Analysis, Strategic Asset Allocation, and Vocational Freedom Analysis
- Synthesizes client data and develops actionable planning strategies across investments, tax, and broader wealth planning
- Performs ad hoc analysis on more complex topics such as tax loss harvesting, equity compensation, wealth transfer strategies, and risk management
- Maintains accurate and up to date records, including cost basis and position level detail within portfolio systems
- Reviews, approves, and provides direction on trades and portfolio rebalancing activity
- Participates in and helps lead client meetings; ensures follow through on all post meeting action items alongside Analysts
- Coordinates with internal specialists across Investments, Tax, and Estate Planning to deliver a comprehensive client experience
- Takes initiative on team and firm level projects; steps into leadership responsibilities as needed
- Coaches and supports junior team members on more nuanced planning concepts and service delivery
- Maintains and updates the Wealth Management Scorecard, ensuring all planning elements are current and accurately reflected
- Builds meeting agendas, aligns on strategy with the Lead Advisor, and determines how best to present recommendations
- Oversees execution of client implementation items to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Communicates planning recommendations clearly and effectively, both internally and in client settings
- Partners with Associate Advisors to execute time sensitive requests such as trades, wires, and journals within defined timelines
Your Experience
- 4+ years within financial planning, wealth management, or a related environment
- Undergraduate degree required
- CFP, CPA, CFA, or JD designation required
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to ramp quickly on internal systems
- Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities

Compensation, Benefits & Ownership Opportunity
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000
- Variable Compensation: Discretionary year end profit sharing
- Equity: Restricted equity units granted at hire, with a defined path toward Partner level participation
