Financial Adviser job offering flexible earnings and the chance to build around your own client bank
Are you an experienced Financial Adviser with a portable book of clients, looking for a more flexible and rewarding way to work. You will join a growing advice firm that can offer either a self employed route or a lower basic salary with strong bonus potential, so your earnings truly reflect the value of your client relationships.
You will be focused on providing high quality ongoing advice to your existing clients while also being supported to grow your book further. This role is ideal for Financial Advisers who want more control over how they work and how they are rewarded, without losing access to a professional, compliant and well supported environment.
Typical duties include:

• Servicing and developing an existing client bank you bring with you
• Providing holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions and protection
• Identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and generate referrals
• Working with admin and compliance support to maintain high standards under Consumer Duty
• Shaping your own business plan and income trajectory in line with your preferred model

Financial Adviser Requirements

• Essential - Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Essential - Recent experience as a Financial Adviser in the UK retail market
• Essential - Existing client bank or recurring income that can be transitioned
