The Financial Adviser is responsible for delivering high quality, compliant and client-centric financial advice in alignment with CAA’s Client Value Proposition (CVP), Investment Philosophy and pricing model.

The role focuses on:

1. Client Engagement – Delivering professional, strategic advice to new and existing clients.
2. Client Service – Leading your immediate support team to provide consistent and high quality service.
3. Revenue Growth & Management – Growing and maintaining a profitable client base aligned with CAA pricing philosophy.
4. Advice Philosophy – Embodying and applying CAA’s CVP, Investment Philosophy and Advice Process.
5. Strategy Development – Developing compliant and appropriate advice strategies that support client goals.
