Our client is an international company experiencing strong growth, specializing in heavy equipment rental and logistical support for industrial and mining operations.

In a context of rapid expansion and increasing operational complexity, the company is strengthening its financial structure to support sustainable growth and ensure high-quality financial control across its operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations

  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper documentation

  • Perform regular reconciliations (bank, suppliers, intercompany accounts)

  • Support monthly and year-end closing processes

  • Prepare financial reports for headquarters

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations

  • Monitor and follow up on supplier accounts, invoices, and payments

  • Maintain and improve financial records and filing systems

  • Support budget tracking and cost control activities

  • Liaise with operational teams and headquarters to ensure accurate financial reporting

  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field

  • Proven experience in a Financial Administrator or similar accounting role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes

  • Experience with reconciliations and monthly reporting

  • Good understanding of financial controls in a corporate environment

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems

  • Strong attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • Experience in industrial, mining, or logistics environments is an advantage
