As Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and reporting processes. Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will help ensure the smooth running of core finance activities while contributing to the quality and effectiveness of management reporting, financial control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role offers exposure across accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, reporting, audit, compliance, budgeting, and process improvement — making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied finance position.

Working Type Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home, after initial training
Contract: Fixed Term to the end of August 2027
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for a range of finance activities, including:
Accounts Payable
Managing the accounts payable process from invoice receipt through to payment
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Processing supplier invoices with accurate general ledger coding
Liaising with Shared Services teams inIndia and Puerto Rico
Resolving invoice-related queries and discrepancies
Managing supplier payment runs and monitoring credit terms
Maintaining supplier records
Accounts Receivable
Coordinating the generation of sales invoices
Resolving invoice queries
Applying cash receipts accurately
Supporting a robust and well-controlled credit control environment
Treasury
Preparing bank reconciliations
Tracing and tracking funds flow to ensure accuracy
Supporting cashflow forecasting
Managing funding requests and cash pooling activities
Financial Reporting and Control
Preparingmonthly and quarterly management accounts
Posting journals and completing balance sheet reconciliations
Managing month-end checklists
Reviewing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Preparingbi-monthly VAT returnsand the annualReturn of Trading Details
Supporting the preparation ofannual budgetsandmonthly opex forecasts
Carrying out financial analysis to support performance and decision-making
Driving continuous improvement projects to strengthen financial control and business performance
Audit, Compliance and Process
Managing the statutory financial audit process
Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors
Supporting a strong internal control environment forSOX reporting
Preparing and maintainingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)andWork Instructions (WIs)
Managing process changes through the Quality Management System
Supporting additional finance-related duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
ACA or ACCA qualified
Experience
Minimum3+ years’ relevant experiencein a multinational environment
Strong experience across financial accounting, reporting, and operational finance
SAP experience is essential
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularlyExcel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
