FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for overall accounting and financial transactions of the company.

Responsibilities:

Play a key role in Accounts Payable, Payroll Administrator, Financial Reporting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

Provide day-to-day coordination with a focus on ensuring that the accounting procedures and processes are followed.

Verify that established controls are effective to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the information reported and the protection of the assets of the business.

Provide analysis of local taxation requirements to ensure the companys obligations are met.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Graduate, CPA preferably
• At least eight years of Finance/Accounting work experience preferably in the Mining Industry or with exceptional academic performance.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and current pronouncements and developments.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws especially on local taxation expanded withholding tax and Vat.
• Prepare Financial Statements, reconciliations, and Bank Statement Reconciliations.
• Familiar or knowledge of Pronto Enterprise Management System
• Strong excel or P2P knowledge

Work Setup:

Shift Schedule: M-F

Work setup: 4-week onsite, 2-week paid off
