As a Finance/Operations Specialist, you will help ensure smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and a seamless experience for our customers. You will play an important role in managing receivables, supporting commission processes, and assisting with day-to-day financial inquiries, while also gaining exposure to broader sales operations and reporting functions.

The Role

As Finance & Sales Operations Specialist, you act as a key support function between finance, sales, and our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

· Managing Accounts Receivable processes, including tracking outstanding balances and supporting collections

· Preparing and maintaining ACH and commission reporting with a high level of accuracy

· Responding to customer finance and payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Assisting customers with setting up and managing autopay and other payment methods

· Generating and distributing account statements

· Supporting invoicing, payment matching, and account credit processes as needed

· Assisting with order approval processes to ensure accuracy and compliance

· Learning and supporting internal reporting across sales and finance functions

· Working within accounting and business management systems, while adapting to new platforms as systems evolve

· Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and ensure data accuracy across systems
