Job Descriptions

Treasury Operations & Cash Management

• Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Monitor bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments, wire transfers, and fund disbursements in compliance with company policies.
• Optimize cash management strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Financial Planning & Risk Management

• Assist in forecasting cash flow and managing working capital requirements.
• Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Support foreign exchange (FX) and hedging activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and treasury policies.

Banking & Investment Relations

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.
• Assist in negotiating banking terms, fees, and credit facilities.
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and financial instruments.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses for management.
• Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and tax-related treasury matters.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems.
• Familiarity with banking platforms, payment processing, and financial regulations.
• Knowledge of FX, investment strategies, and risk management principles is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range: Up to RM5,000
