Tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Treasury Operations Specialist to support day-to-day financial activities and manage digital asset and fiat treasury operations. You will be instrumental in overseeing Caiz’s multi-currency cash flows, exchange liquidity, wallets, and overall treasury execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity across crypto and fiat operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including movement of digital assets and fiat across wallets, banks, and exchanges.
• Monitor and optimize liquidity positions across internal and external accounts, including centralized and decentralized wallets.
• Reconcile crypto and fiat balances and ensure accurate accounting of digital assets.
• Support token treasury planning and implement funding strategies aligned with operational and strategic needs.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners, custodians, exchanges, and OTC desks.
• Monitor exchange rates, token prices, transaction fees, and optimize fund allocation and transfer timing.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines for crypto treasury operations.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams on risk mitigation, wallet security, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure accurate ledger entries for all transactions.

Requirements

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in finance, treasury operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, wallets (hot/cold), exchange operations, and token economics.
• Hands-on experience with crypto payments, swaps, transfers, and wallet management platforms.
• Familiarity with fiat treasury and banking processes, wire transfers, and reconciliation workflows.
• Strong analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and globally distributed team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with crypto treasury platforms (e.g., Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe, BitGo).
• Familiarity with financial regulations, tax implications, and reporting in crypto.
• Understanding of Islamic finance or ethical financial systems is a plus.
• Experience in managing treasury across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

Level of studies: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (A Master’s degree or certifications like CPA/CFA is a plus.)

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
