Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, business process improvement, or related finance roles
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
Experience supporting finance transformation, operating model, or process optimization projects
Understanding of finance technologies, automation solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations
Experience managing project workstreams and interacting directly with clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
🎓 Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
🎤 Fluent English; Hungarian is an advantage

Bonus Points If You Have ⭐

Experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or ERP transformation projects
Knowledge of automation, process mining, RPA, or workflow solutions ⚙️
Experience with platforms such as BlackLine, HighRadius, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Alteryx, or Power BI 📊
Exposure to Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) models 🌍
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent 📚

As a Finance Transformation Senior Consultant, you will contribute to complex transformation projects across finance operating model design, process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled change initiatives.

You will:

Support the delivery of finance transformation projects for local and international clients
Analyze current finance processes and identify optimization opportunities 🔍
Design target operating models and future-state finance processes
Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions ?
Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans 📑
Support finance technology assessments and transformation programs ⚙️
Contribute to shared services and GBS design initiatives 🌍
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, and finance
Mentor junior team members and support their professional development ⭐
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and help drive project success 📈
