Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management
• Proven experience in leading finance or GBS transformation initiatives
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects
• Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage
• Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions
• Experience in people management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives 🎤
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems 🎓

Language knowledge

• Polish (fluent)
• English (fluent)

As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will play a central role in shaping complex transformation programs. You’ll combine deep finance expertise with consulting experience and a strong understanding of finance technologies to help CFO organizations redesign their operating models and deliver measurable impact 📈.
