Deloitte, the world's leading professional services firm, is looking for a Manager for our Finance Transformation practice.

Deloitte is seeking a manager with significant experience in the finance function of a technology company to play a central role in developing our Finance Transformation work in the sector.

The role combines a deep understanding of technology companies’ finance needs with adapting our services, building relationships with finance leaders and leading projects from the initial business need through to delivery.

Our practice brings together financial and accounting expertise with practical knowledge of processes, information systems and technology. We help finance functions improve how they operate and respond to growth, global operations and business change.

Your role:

• Understand the practice’s services and capabilities and adapt them to technology companies’ challenges and priorities, working with partners and subject matter experts.
• Lead discussions with CFOs and controllers to identify needs and opportunities, developing solutions and work plans suited to each company’s stage of growth and complexity.
• Build client relationships and business opportunities, develop technical and commercial proposals, and participate in sales discussions alongside partners.
• Lead projects to improve close and reporting processes, consolidation, chart of accounts, controls and finance operating models.
• Support financial systems and ERP selection and implementation from the finance perspective, including requirements definition, process improvement, automation, data and AI initiatives.
• Manage project teams, deliverable quality, scope, timelines and day-to-day client relationships, collaborating with local and global specialists.

Requirements

• CPA qualification and significant experience as a controller or assistant controller at a technology company — required.
• Deep familiarity with how a technology company’s finance function operates, including close and reporting, revenue recognition, controls, financial systems and business stakeholders.
• Personal experience leading improvements or change within a finance function, such as accelerating the close, improving reporting, implementing a system or automating processes — required.
• Ability to engage credibly with finance leaders, identify a business need and translate it into a solution and a clear proposal.
• Business initiative, relationship-building skills and a desire to help develop the practice’s activity and client base.
• A strong technological orientation and the ability to work with systems, data and automation specialists.
• Experience with global operations, public companies or IPO preparation, or post-acquisition integration is an advantage.
• Team or project management experience is an advantage; excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English are required.

• ליווי בחירה והטמעה של מערכות פיננסיות ו־ERP מצד הכספים, כולל הגדרת דרישות, שיפור תהליכים ושילוב אוטומציה, נתונים וכלי AI.
• ניהול צוותי פרויקט ואחריות לאיכות התוצרים, לעמידה בתכולה ובלוחות הזמנים ולקשר השוטף עם הלקוח, בשיתוף מומחים בארץ ובעולם.

• רישיון רו״ח וניסיון משמעותי כחשב/ת או עוזר/ת חשב בחברת טכנולוגיה — חובה.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם עבודת מחלקת הכספים בחברת טכנולוגיה: סגירה ודיווח, הכרה בהכנסה, בקרות, מערכות פיננסיות ועבודה מול ממשקים עסקיים.
• ניסיון אישי בהובלת שיפור או שינוי במחלקת כספים, כגון קיצור סגירה, שיפור דיווח, הטמעת מערכת או אוטומציה — חובה.
• יכולת לנהל שיח מקצועי עם מנהלי כספים, לזהות צורך ולתרגם אותו לפתרון ולהצעה ברורה.
• יוזמה עסקית, יכולת לבנות קשרים ורצון לקחת חלק בפיתוח פעילות ובהרחבת בסיס הלקוחות.
