The purpose of this job is:
The Finance Transformation & Integration Manager leads the end-to-end transformation and integration of finance operations across newly acquired and existing medical centres. This role is accountable for driving finance process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across the medical centres, with a strong focus on revenue cycle management, banking, and doctor payment systems.

What you’ll need to make it possible:
We’re looking for an experienced finance professional with strong exposure to transformation initiatives or integration projects. Experience working across healthcare sites or multi location clinical environments is desirable. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record of improving finance system processes, driving efficiency, and supporting business growth through sound financial practices.
The successful candidate will ideally bring a deep understanding of key operational finance areas, including revenue cycle and medical billing processes, as well as banking, receipting, and reconciliation workflows.
You will have hands on experience with Cubiko Calculate or a similar practitioner payment system and demonstrate the ability to design, implement, and optimise scalable finance processes. Strong analytical capability is critical, along with excellent problem- solving skills and an ability to navigate an ambiguous fast paced environment.
