About the Role

You will support the delivery of finance transformation through automation and AI enablement across multiple teams and geographies. Working as part of the Finance Transformation team, you will help reduce manual effort, improve processes, and strengthen how finance uses data and technology.

This role operates in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve. You will support several initiatives at once, learn quickly, and help move ideas through to delivery, building your capability as you take on greater ownership over time.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of end-to-end automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across Finance
• Help identify and assess new automation opportunities, gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions
• Build and maintain solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Qlik Sense, and Copilot
• Assist a network of citizen developers by troubleshooting, answering queries, and sharing best practices
• Contribute to AI enablement by helping develop and maintain prompt libraries and supporting adoption of new capabilities
• Help track project progress using tools such as Wrike, keeping delivery on track and priorities visible
• Support monitoring of tool usage and costs, and help move solutions through governance processes from intake to sign-off
• Contribute to continuous improvement by helping measure impact, capturing enhancements, and following through on outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Experience in, or strong interest in, finance digital transformation, automation, or data analysis
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a willingness to engage stakeholders
• Exposure to business analysis or supporting projects through to completion
• Hands-on or developing experience with Alteryx, Qlik Sense, or similar automation and BI tools
• Awareness of finance processes or some prior experience working in or with a finance function
• Clear and collaborative communication across diverse teams
• A structured problem-solving approach with attention to root causes
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow work through to completion
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a changing environment
• A sense of ownership and accountability for the tasks you deliver

Technical Skills

• Working or developing knowledge of automation and BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Copilot)
• Data analysis and interpretation skills to help generate meaningful insights
• Awareness of project management practices, including task tracking and delivery support
• Basic understanding of solution design and process optimisation
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, SQL and/or Python
• Interest in or exposure to AI or prompt-based solutions
• Experience within finance or financial reporting
