FINANCE TRANSFORMATION ANALYST

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Electrolux Professional Group (EPR) is on the journey of Business & Finance Transformation to standardize, harmonize & digitalize its finance processes and digitalize & automate relevant financial data for leadership to take better decisions.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Finance Transformation Analyst who to join the team to deliver business critical initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive improvement initiatives. Develop, maintain, and monitor operational and strategic KPIs related to automation, efficiency, productivity, adoption, and process performance.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT, Finance & operational colleagues to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and implement best practices across key processes.
  • Project rollout & deployment: Coordinating planning and execution of process harmonization & automation improvement workstreams (for eg: AR & AP automation) across regions & business units including planning, testing, user adoption, trainings & hypercare activities
  • Reporting & Governance: Preparing detailed project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management to support decision-making with regular presentations to management as well as support various initiative governance
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating effectively with stakeholders – operational teams across business areas & regions, senior stakeholders, external suppliers etc. - to gather requirements, drive improvements and ensure alignment as well as being responsible for managing communication initiatives

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Graduated in business administration, finance or IT
  • Experience in Finance / Controlling in companies with an international presence
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement / Process improvement with lean & agile methodologies
  • Experience in consulting / advisory firms beneficial
  • Proficient in data analysis and advanced user of MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in learning new IT & finance tools with strong affinity to technology
  • Excellent multitasker able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and overall communication skills in English. Any other European language advantageous.
