The Finance Transformation AI Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-enabled finance solutions for Controllership and FP&A functions across multiple client engagements. This role blends advanced analytics, AI engineering, and deep finance domain expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client business objectives.
Managers are expected to lead proposal development, supervise teams, oversee delivery quality, manage budgets and timelines, and contribute to practice growth initiatives. They work closely with clients to understand operational processes and translate business needs into scalable data and AI solutions.

The base salary range for this position in Chicago, IL only is between $147,500 and $160,000.
The base salary range for this position in New York, NY only is between $158,000 and $184,000.
